Design and own the Endpoint Management tools within Modern Digital Workplace across all continents
Design of future Endpoint Management Architectures, considering modern working practices
Definition of the target state of Endpoint Management Services, including all relevant standards
Development of appropriate Guidelines and support Processes of future Services
Initiation of Modern Hybrid Workplace projects (work on any device, anywhere)
Continuous development of Endpoint Management Services to ensure “State Of the Art”
Establishing and ensuring professional Provider Management for Third-Level Support
Communication with Management to support the decision making regarding the Next Generation of Workplace Services
Your Profile
Diploma/Master’s degree in computer science, or equivalent with business experience
At least 8-10 years’ experience in Modern Digital Workplace Design, with a proven track record of leading architecture with a large global footprint
Good Knowledge of Modern Digital Workplace Design in an office and industrial environment, including Microsoft, Apple and Android devices, End User hardware and mobility, as well as their management platforms including Intune and JAMF (with their zero touch enrollment technology stacks)
Experience in Device Procurement including deployment of standard corporate OS configurations and profiles, as well as device security, remote access
Experience of large-scale high-availability environments (10,000+ users), covering Office as well as Factory/warehouse Workplaces, in a European or Global role.
Microsoft certification or strong experience working in a Microsoft environment (MCSE desktop/mobility, Microsoft 365 Expert Certifications preferred)
Experienced in managing business and vendor relationships with global Workplace solution providers across the globe, including HP, Apple, Dell and their partners and resellers.
Team player with a high level of confidence and collaboration
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders & management to drive standardization and transformations in a complex, global scale organization.
Good understanding of budgets with strong ability to create complex business cases
