Design and own global Communication and Collaboration strategy across all continents
Design of future communication and collaboration architectures, considering a global Microsoft 365 architecture
Definition of the target status of corporate Communication and Collaboration, including all relevant standards, industry best practices and other relevant guiding principles
Development of appropriate guidelines and support Processes of future services
Initiation and oversight of projects to implement future services
Continuous development of collaboration tools to ensure “State Of the Art” service
Establishing and ensuring professional vendor/provider management
Communication with the management to support the decision regarding the Next Generation Services within Communication and Collaboration area
Your Profile
Diploma/Master degree in Computer Science, or equivalent with business experience
High experience in Microsoft 365 Designs, with a proven track record of leading architecture in a large global company
Good Knowledge of Office 365 including, Teams, Skype, Exchange Online and Power Platform
Deep experience in Microsoft Office 365 design, architecture and strategy
Team player with a high level of confidence and collaboration
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders & management to drive standardization and transformations in a complex, global scale organization
Experienced in managing business and vendor relationships across the globe.
Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert preferred
Good understanding of budgets with strong ability to create complex business cases
