Key responsibilities:
– Manage SAP Application Operations for ERP – FI/CO
– Ensure Services and Service Level delivering support globally 24/7
– Define KPIs & ensure system monitoring
– Ensure operations processes & related support processes
– Support Release management including transport management & change management of major and minor releases
– Operate as gatekeeper to ensure the quality of new solutions
– Continuously improve operational processes, tools and procedures
– Explain operational issues and operational strategies to stakeholders and other IT professionals
– Liaise with Process and Program Managers to support the design of the solution architecture for businesses
– Ensure that solution architecture (software and programs) designed are in sync with operational best practice
– Identify and mitigate existing operational risk or risks associated with solution architecture
– Provide architectural support from operational point of view to the project team to assure operational excellence
Working experience & expertise:
– 5+ years experienced in specifically SAP BW professional developer / customizing
– basic knowledge of ABAP programming would be an advantage
Technical skills: required
Knowledge of IT services related to:
– Finance to Close processes and related master data
Process areas:
– Finance (with new General Ledger)
– Fixed Assets
– Banking
– Periodical Processes (Closing)
– Tax reporting
– Financial reporting
– FSCM
Other:
